Lindsay Betz, MA

Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor

Lindsay has experience working with children, youth, and women in a variety of group and individual settings. She offers play, expressive, nature-based and holistic services related to trauma, children’s issues such as emotion regulation and behavioral concerns, women’s issues, spirituality, mood and anxiety disorders, and interpersonal challenges.

Lindsay aligns with person-centered theoretical principles of being genuine, unconditionally accepting others, and empathizing deeply. Her goal in working with others, no matter the context, is to meet them where they are, devise goals, and collaboratively meet those goals.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lindsay works with midshipmen at the Naval Academy through mentoring. She also teaches yoga for those who serve in the police and/or military.

Lindsay is a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor practicing under the supervision of Dr. Courtney Glickman.
